STATS & AREA REPORTS
To ensure that you feel comfortable and confident we arm you with all the relevant data you need to make an informed decision about your home purchase.  We provide a detailed neighbourhood report, which includes the year-over year appreciation of the block where the home is located, the value growth and market turnover over the past five years, the property's sales history, comparable sales in the area, household and socio-economic demographics, points of interest, and local school information.
